Simply Move Yoga

Simply Move is a virtual studio in Vancouver Washington. Simply Move's mission is to provide simple, functional movement for all bodies in a safe, judgment-free, and non-competitive space. The goal of a Simply Move class is to make yoga accessible to everyone. Each classes offer options for practicing in either a chair, on the floor, or standing with an emphasis on helping each student create a yoga experience that fits their needs, and abilities. You will find that using props are encouraged and will learn ways to use what you have around your house if "traditional" props are not available to you.
